The Information of Wm. Innis< no role > taken before us
Two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace for
the Sd County

Who being upon Oath says that he was in Custody
of a Goaler being Charged upon the Oath of John
Collins for Felony and this Informant together
with [..] another person a prisoner and handcuffed
with him as they were Conveying to Goal the Goaler
was attached by three person two of whom had
draw Hangers who rescued this Informant & the other
prisoner & took them into the Fields near
Montague House and two of the sd. three persons
went back & returned with While and attempted
to file off the handcuffs but not being able to get
their off they took the prisoner to a Shoemakers
Room in a Cord in Grays Inn Lane and a person whose name [..]
this Informant has since learned is Mr. Daniel brought
a Stone and a harmer and Wilson knocked off the
handcuffs Mr. Daniel having attempted to do it
but could not, And Wilson asked this Informant
if he had any money and he told him yes a little
and then Wilson said make no Scruple and then
[..] into this Informants pocket & took
[..]
