of Gaol Delivery Assembled

The Humble Petition and Prayer of John Harris< no role > a Prisoner

Sheweth


That on the Thirteenth Day of September last your Petitioner
was Committed Prisoner to the Woodstreet Compter London on
Suspicion of Stealing in Spittlefields in the County of Middlesex a
Piece of Hair Shag of the Value of Twelve Pounds the Property
Alexander Watson< no role > And now is a Prisoner Confined
in Newgate Under the same Charge.

Your Petitioner therefore Most Humbly Prays That
at this present Sessions of Gaol Delivery of
Newgate holden for the City of London and County
of Middlesex , he may be Tryed, Bailed or
Discharged Pursuant to the Statute in that [..]
Made and Provided.

And your Petitioner shall pray Etc
