Informant on the 20th: of this Instant about two o'Clock in the Morning went<lb></lb>
to Bear Key and stole a Trunk which stood thereon which they put in a<lb></lb>

to them that they opened the said Trunk in the Boat and<lb></lb>
put the Contents in three Sactes and Fling the Trunk Overboard which<lb></lb>
Contents were Parcels of Stationary Wares (s follows) several Reams<lb></lb>
of Paper, a Set of Books for Merchant's Compting House, Four Hundred of Quills<lb></lb>
several Pounds of Sealing Was and Wafers, two Pen knives a paper Case<lb></lb>
two Bottles of Red Ink, two Quire of blank Bills of Lading and several other<lb></lb>
Stationary Wares two of which Sacks the said Nicholls and Joyner carried<lb></lb>
to the Shore and put them into Joyners Mothers House who lives in a place<lb></lb>
called the Folly, the third Sack this Informant carried to the Ship and<lb></lb>
blue Ball in five foot lane, then this Informant on the Wednesday following<lb></lb>

that he would buy any Stolen Goods and told the said<lb></lb>
Robins that he get some Stationary Goods which he and some others had<lb></lb>
taken off the Heys when the said Robins told this Informant that he would<lb></lb>
enquire and get some body to buy them that the next Day the said Robins<lb></lb>
came with two other Persons to the Duke of <rs type="placeName" id="LMSLPS15065_geo53">Cumberland's head</rs>

and met this Informant who went with the other two Persons to <obscured></obscured>

House hard by where the Goods were remov'd to and Robins stayed behind<lb></lb>
that they opened at the several parcels of the said Goods when the said Two Persons<lb></lb>
bought several of the Goods of this Informant for which they paid him<lb></lb>
twelve Shillings that the said Joyner and Nicholls came to this Informant<lb></lb>
in the Evening of the same day when this Informant divided the Money equally<lb></lb>
between them excepting what they had Spent that they set Fire to the<lb></lb>
remainder of the Goods with Intent to destroy them to prevent discovery</p>
