John Blakiston< no role > of Barbican London Husband of the Prosecutrix
in this Cause Maketh Oath that this Deponents said Wife was Taken
very ill on Friday last of a Feaver and now lyes dangerously ill and keeps
her Bed and this Deponent harly Expects She will gett over her illness
And this Deponent Saith that the said Elizabeth Blakiston< no role > his Wife
cannot gett out to Attend this Court without great Danger of loseing
her Life And this Deponent further Saith that he cannot Safely go
on to Tryall in this Cause without the Evidence of the sd. Elizabeth
Blakiston his wife whose Evidence is very Material
