Adams

in thesaid City, and brought
before me one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the said City. Taken this 30th
Day of July 17 52 .

Who on her Oath saith, that She is about fourteen years of
age, And hath been informed by her Grandfather
Thomas Castle< no role > and believes that her Father
John Hastings< no role > Served his Apprentiship to a Fisherman
in the parish of Saint John the Evangelist Southwark
in the County of Surry

And hath not since obtained any other subsequent Settlement to
this Examinant's Knowledge or Belief.
