Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Saviour Southwark
in the County of Surry Exhibited their Petition & Appeal to this Court Settingforth that by an
Order or pass Warrant under the hands & Seals of two of his majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the City of London
& the Libertys thereof (one being of the Quorum) bearing
date the twenty fifth day of September last Elizabeth Ettery< no role >

removed from the Parish of Saint Bartholomew the Great
London to the Said
Parish of Saint Saviour
as the place of her last legall Settlement Upon the
Oath of the said Pauper & other Circumstances that the last legall Settlement of her
Said Husband was in the Said parish of Saint Saviour whereby the Petitioners
Conceived themselves to be aggrieved Now upon hearing the Said Petition and
Appeal and the matters therein contained It is ordered by this Court by and
with the Content of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the Said Parish
of St. Bartholomew the Great
that the Said Warrant & the Judgement of the
Said two Justices be quashed vacated & Set aside And that the Appeal be
allowed And that the Said Elizabeth Ettery< no role >
be forthwith Sent back & dd to
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the Said Parish of S: Bartholomew
the Great to be by them maintained and provided for untill they can free themselves
from the Charge thereof by due Course of Law and further that the Church
-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St: Bartholomew
do forthwith pay or cause to be paid unto the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the Said Parish of St. Saviour the Sum of twenty one
Shillings for and towards their Charges and Expences in & about releiving
and maintaining the Said Elizabeth Ettery< no role >
