in Diverse Forgerys Warrants were thereon issued out
against the said Mellifout and others against whom
the Honourable the Commissioners of the Navy
Directed Prosecutions to be carried on for the said
Offences, And this Deponent Saith that the said
Mellifont being taken and Committed on or about the
ninth of this Instant October she was Intended to
have been Prosecuted at this Present Session but
Notwithstanding this Deponent's Endeavour she has not
calledbeen able to Collect the several Necessary Evidence
together and to Prepare the Prosecution against her
this Session.
