in the City of London , and also to all and every
Constables, and other Offiicer of the Peace whom is
may concern, to receive and convey. And to all
and every Constable, Headborough, and other
Officer of the Peace in the County of Chester
to receive and obey.

Whereas Nicholas Faden< no role > was

apprehended in the parish of Saint Dunstan in the west

as a Rogue and Vagabond wandring and begging

and upon Examination of the Said Nicholas Faden< no role >
taken before me upon Oath, (which Examination is hereunto
annexed) it doth appear, that the last legal Settlement of the said Nicholas
Faden is in the parish of Drumlummon in the
County of Caffon or Caven in the Kingdom of
Ireland
These are therefore to require You the said Constable
to convey the said Nicholas Faden< no role >

to the parish of Saint Botolhp without
Aldersgate in the County of Middlesex
that being the first parish in the next Precinct, thro' which
he ought to pass, in the direct Way to the said parish of
Drumlummon
to which he is to be sent, and
to deliver him to the Constable or other Officer, of such first parish
in such next Precinct, together with this Pass and Duplicate
of the Examination of the said Nicholas Faden< no role > is
taking his Receipt for the same. And the said Nicholas Fanden< no role > is
to be thence conveyed
on in like Manner untill he arrive in the said County of Chester
there to be put on Board of some Ship, Vesswl or Pacquet-Boat,
by Warrant under the Hand and Seal of a Justice of the Peace of the Said
County, to be Conveyed to the said parish of Drumlummon

pursuant to the Statute in such Cafe made and provided. Given under my
Hand and Seal this 14th. Day of November 17 51 .
