The humble petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the poor of the parish of St. Mary Abchurch
in the City of London
Sheweth.
That by virtue of a Warrant or Order under the hands and seals of two of
his Majesties Justices of the peace
for the City of London
aforesaid (one whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing date the Eighteenth day of May last

deced was removed and conveyed from & out of the parish of St Ann Blackfryers
London
into the said parish of St. Mary Abchurch
Your petitioners conceiving themselves aggreived by the said Warrant
or Order of the said two justices of the peace humbly appeal to this Court agt.
the same and pray that the hearing & determining the said Appeal may be adjoined
until there of general quarter session of the peace to be held in & for the said City And
that the Church Wardens & Overseers of the poor of the said parish of Sr Ann Black-
-fryers and all other persons concerned may attend this Court to hear & abide the
Judgment and determination of this Court touching the said Appeal.
