To the Rt. Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the City of London Assembled in General Quarter
Sessions at the Guild Hall of the said City.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Mary Le Bone in the County
of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under the Hands
and Seals of the Br Honble John Blackford< no role > , Mayor and Francis
Cokayne
< no role > Esqr . two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the said City
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 3d day of July 1750
Mary Joy< no role > , Widow of Thomas Joy< no role > , deceased, was removed from the
Parish of St. Martin Ludgate in the City of London to the said Parish of
St. Mary Le Bone in the County of Middlesex , as the place of her last
legal Settlement

Your Petitioners thinking themselves aggrieved
by the Judgement of the said two Justices of the
peace Appeal to this Court against the same, and
desire to be relieved therein

And your Petitioners shall ever pray, Etc.
