The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the Parish

Sheweth

That by an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands & Seals of your Lordship and [..]

Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said City and the Liberties thereof [..]
of the Quorum) bearing Date the 26th. Day of January last Mary Channon< no role > , said to
be the Widow of William Channon< no role > deceased whose settlement could not be for
was removed from and out of the Parish of Saint Giles without Cripple [..]
London unto the said Parish of Christ Church as the Place of her last
legal Settlement Whereby your Petitioners do humbly Conceive them
selves aggrieved and humbly Appeal against the same.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray that thesaid
said Judgment may be set aside and that they may have
such relief in the Premes as to this houble Court
Shall seem meet.
