Maketh Cock & saith that he has carefully
Inspected the Body of the Deced John Pool< no role >
& found no fraction on the
Head, But that the Short ribs on the right side were either Depressed or
broken, which must have been Effected by some Instrument broad or
flat & that those blows must have been the Cause of his Death
further Says that there was a great Effusion of Blood Issued out of
his Month Nose & Ears, which must how been the Effect of
some Violent blows he reced below his Heart

that on the Monday Evening about 6 or 7 o Clock the Deced, John Pool< no role >
came into this Deponents House & seemd to be some what in Liquor
but had no Liquor there then, Says the next Morning Early he heard
that he was found Dead in Harrow Alley
Opposite to this
Deponents House whose the Pigs need to lay Supposed to be Murdered,
& found by some little boys, further says that the sd. John Pool< no role >
was an Idle Person & used to go of Edwards for any person that
would Employ him
