City and Liberties Assembled at their Quarter
Sessions of the peace for the said City

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Michael Le Quern

Sheweth

That By Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant
under the Hands and Seals of two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said City and Liberties thereof
(one being of the Quorum) bearing Date the Thirty
first day of may one Thousand Seven hundred and Forty
nine Susanna George< no role > Wife of Edward George< no role > who is run
away (as is alledged) was removed from the said Parish
of Saint Sepulchre London to the said Parish of Saint
Michael Le Quern London alledging the last Legal
Settlement of the said Susanna George to be in the said Parish
of Saint Michael Le Quern London By which Order of the
said two Justices your Petitioners apprehend themselves
Aggrieved and appeal therefrom

Your Petitioners therefore Humbly
Appeal to this Honourable Court & Pray
to be in relieved in the Premisses
and your Petitioners will pray}
