To the Right Honoble. William Benn< no role > Esqr . Lord Mayor and
the Right Worshipfull the Recorder and the rest of his
Majesties Justices of the peace for the City of London and the
liberties thereof in their general session assembled

The humble Peticon and appeal of the Churchwardens and overseers
of the poor of the Parish of St Botolph without Aldgate in the
County of Middx.

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Warrant or order under the hands Seals of the
Right Honoble. William Benn< no role > Esqr . and Francis Cokayne< no role > Esqr . Two
of his Majesties Justices of the peace of the said City and the liberties
thereof bearing Date the Twenty first Day of July last Elizabeth Webb< no role >
widow of Rice Webb< no role > Deced whose settlement (is alleged by the
said order to be unknown was removed and conveyed from and out of
the parish of Saint Catherine Coleman London into the said parish
of Saint Botolph without Aldgate aforesaid as the place of her last
legal settlement

Your Petrs. conceiving themselves aggrieved
by the said Warrant or order humbly
appeal to this court against the same
and pray such relief in the premes as this
Honoble. Court shall seem meet
