Know All Men by these Presents, That We Mary Steed< no role > of
the Parish of Saint Luke in the County of Middlesex widow , Thomas Fishers< no role >
of the same Parish Silver spinner and Arthur Fisher< no role > of
the Parish of Saint Andrew Holbourn in the County of Middlesex
aforesaid Founder are held and firmly bound to Eleanor Harper< no role >
of this Parish of Saint Luke in the County aforesaid
widow in the Sume of One Hundred and ten Pounds, of good and
lawfull Money of Great Britain to be paid & the said Eleanor Harper,< no role >
of her certain Attorney, Executors, Administrators or
Assigns for which Payment, well and faithfully to be made, was
bind Ourselves and each and every of us, our and each and every
of our Heirs, Executors and Administrators, firmly by thereon
Presents Sealed with our Seals; Dated the Sixteenth Day of
October, in the twenty first Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Second by the Grace of God, of Great Britain,
France and Ireland, King Defender of the Faith and so
forth, and in the Year of Our Lord, One thousand seven hundred
and forty seven .

Whereas Sarah Griffiths< no role > late of the Parish of Saint Martin in
the Fields , in the County of Middlesex , is lately dead, Intestate, without any
Will by her made, a widow , without Children, leaving behind her at the
time of her Death, the abovementioned Mary Steed and Eleanor Harper< no role >
her natural and lawfull Sisters and only next of kin and the only Persons
entitled to a Distribution of her Personal Estate.

And Whereas sundry Disputes have a given between the said Eleanor Harper< no role >
and Mary Steed< no role > , touching the Granting Letters of Administration of
all and Regular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased and [..]
the further Prevention of Controversies thereupon, it is intended that the
said Letters of Administration, shall be granted to the said Mary Steed< no role > .

And Whereas it appears, by an Inventory exhibited on the Corporal
Oath of the said Mary Steed< no role > (a Copy whereof is hereunto annexed) that
the Personal Estate of the said Sarah Griffiths< no role > deceased amounts to the
Sume of One hundred and two Pounds, four Shillings and nine Pence
One Moiety or half part whereof, doth of right belong to the said Mary
Steed and the other Moiety or half Part thereof, to the said Eleanor Harper< no role >
