George Lancaster< no role >

James Lynn< no role > of Barking parish London yeoman
in a both Oath and saith that George Price< no role > is a
material Witness for the Crown in this Cause and that
he resides at Loaverick in the County of Cumberland as
this Deponent has been informed and beleieves and
without whose Testimony this Deponent says that the
prosecutor cannot safely proceed in this affair or pretor
any Bill of Indictment to the Grand Inquest for the
City of London touching the Matters for which the said
George Lancaster< no role > is convicted and further says that the
said George Lancaster< no role > was comitted to Newgate on
second of September instant and that there has not
been sufficient time to suspence the said George Price< no role >
for the purposes aforesaid this Session.

Sworn at the Justice Hall in
the Old Bailey London 10th.
