"time all further proceedings in this Court and else where depending between the said
" [..] should be slayed" And this Deponent further saith that her said husband
Francis Elgar< no role > being Obliged to pay so much Money on Account of the said action so
Commenced and carried on against him and his Son William Elgar< no role > by reason of
such Quarrell has rendered him incapable of Complying with such Order in
paying the said Seven Guineas which otherwise he could and fully intended to have
done had not the said Bond contrary to his Agreement entered into the before
this Court presented his said action against this Deponents husband & Son
And this Deponent John Brackin< no role > for himself Saith that he did on Saturday
the Thirtieth day of August last Serve Joseph Gladman< no role > the prosecutor in
this Cause with a Copy of the Notice hereunto annexed by delivering the same to
himself at his house in Giltspur Street
