Saint Giles without Cripplegate London

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us two of
His Majesties Justices of the Peace for this City and the
Liberties thereof one being of the Quorum by the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Allhallows
the GreatLondon That Ann
Cumberlidge
< no role > Wife of Robert Cumberlidge< no role > the Younger
and their two Children namely Robert< no role > aged twenty
two Months and Richard< no role > aged eight Weeks are
lately come to reside in your said Parish not having obtaind any
Legal Settlement there and are likely to become chargeable
thereto unless timely prevented Which Complaint We judge to
be true and for as much as it appears unto Us by the Oath of
Robert Cumberlidge< no role > the Elder and other Circumstances
that the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said
Robert Cumberlidge< no role > the Younger is in the said Parish
of Saint Giles without Cripplegate London
And no other Subsequent Settlement appearing unto Us We the
Said Justices are of opinion and do Adjudge the last Legal
Settlement of the said Ann Cumberlidge< no role > and the said
two Children namely Robert & Richard
to be in the said Parish of Saint Giles without Cripplegate
LondonAnd that thitherto they ought by Law
to be sent

These are therefore in his Majesties Name to Will and
Require You the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Allhallows the Great
London forthwith to Remove and Convey the said
Ann Cumberlidge< no role > and the said two Children
from and out of your said Parish unto the said Parish of
Saint Giles without Cripplegate London
And them deliver unto the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor there or one of them Who is and are hereby required
to Receive and Provide for them according to Law Given
under our hands and Seals this seventhday of November
one Thousand Seven hundred and Forty Five .
