The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields in
the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Vertue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
hands and Seals of the Right Honourable St. Henry
Marshall
< no role > Knight Lord Mayor of the City of London and
St. Robert Willimot< no role > Knight two of his Majestyes Justices
of the Peace for the said City bearing Date the tenth Day of
July last past Elizabeth < no role > therein said to be the Wife of Robert
Hobbs
< no role > a Prisoner Confind in Goal was removed from the
Parish of St. Bridget in the City of London to the said Parish
of St. Martin in the Fields as the place of her last legall
Settlement whereby your Petitioners think themselves
Agrieved And Appeal to this Court againt the same

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
prays this Court will please to
appoint a time for hearing the said
appeal and that all Parties Concerned
may Attend at the same time

And your Petitioners will ever Pray Etc
