the County of Middx. by Adjournmt. at Hicks hall
in St. John Street

and hath been for all the time aforesaid & still is maintained at the Expence of your Petitioners That the sd

without Aldgate
& of Sufficient Ability to Relieve & maintain such his sd Child but he hath
refused & still doth refuse so to do
Your Petr. therefore humbly Appeal to this Honble. Court & Pray
that ye. sd. John Bumford< no role >
may be ordered to pay so much money to your
Petrs. as they have necessarily expended in the maintainance of ye sd.

& also theif Costs in this Application & that such further
order may be made by this Honble. Court upon the sd John Bumford< no role >

the future maintainance of the sd Child as to this Hoble. Court shall seem
meen pursuant to the Statute in that Case made & Provided & that your
Petrs. may have such other Relief in the Premes. as this Court shall
think just And Your Petrs. shall ever Pray Etc.
