That I Charles Coule< no role > of Falmonth in the County of
Cornwall Mariner am

held and firmly bound to John Quantock< no role > of London
Citizen and [..] Two hundred and thirty pounds

of Good and lawfull Money of Great Britain To be paid to the
said John Quantock< no role >
or hiscertain Attorney Executors Administrators or Assignes For
which Payment to be well and Faithfully made Ibind My self
my
Heirs Executors and Adminstratorsfirmly
by these Presents Sealed with My Seal Dated this Twentyeth
day of February in the Fourteenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Second by the grace of God of Great Briatin France
and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth And in the Year of
our Lord Our Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty

The Condition of this Obligation is such That if the above Bound on

Heirs Executors or Adminstrators
shall and do will and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the above named
John Quantock< no role > his

Executors Administrators or Assignes the Full Summ of One Hundred
and Fifteen pounds

of Good and lawfull Money of Great Briatain on the Twentyeth
day of February next ensueing the date of these presents
together with Lawfull Interest for the same Then this
Obligation to be void or else to be and remain in full
force and Vertue.
