The Information of George Ogdon< no role > a Prisoner in the
Woodstreet Compter taken before me one of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the City of London the 12th. day of
May 1743

This Information his Oath Saith That for about three Months last
Past he hath been Intimately Acquinted with one George Sutton< no role > late
Footman to Esqr. Crisp of Gold Square Crutchet of Tries That the said
George Sutton< no role > during the time of their Acquaintance used frequently to
Entertain and Harbour this Informant at this said Masters House Secretly
and without his Master or Mistresses privity for which this Informant used to
Assist the said George Sutton< no role > in his Work and business This Informant
further Saith that our Day about the beginning of April last near four
of the Clock in the afternoon the said George Sutton< no role > in his Maters Garden
brought a Small Parcel tyed up in a Handkerchief and bid this Informt.
go Sell it for what the coud got and said George Sutton< no role > Promised to give
this Informant half of what he this Informt. sold them for This Informt.
Asked the said George Sutton< no role > what was in this Parcel said George Sutton< no role >
pretended to be in a Hurry and said he coud not May to tell this Informat By
further said this Informt. wond see when he Opened it And as this Informt.
was going to dispose of this Parcel this Informt. opened it and there was
fine Holland Shirt two Stocks and two fine Dimothy Wastcotes This
Informant sold the Shirt to one Mr. Palmer at the Sigine of the Sheers in
Huggins Lane for ten Shillings and left the two Wastcotes and Stocks
with one Mr. Kitteridge in Bowlane who said she beleived she knew a
young Man of her Acquaintance that wou'd buy them This Informt. in the
Evening went and told the said George Sutton< no role > how the things were disposed
off and at the same time this Informt. gave the said George Sutton< no role > five
Shillings out of the ten This Informant then Asked the said George
Sutton how he came by these things who told this Informant he took
them in Part of adebt of an Acquaintance

This Information further saith that about three weeks after
this near Nine of the Clock in the Morning the said George Sutton< no role >
brought another Small parcel tyed up also in a Handkerchief to this
