Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us two of
His Majesties Justices of the Peace for this City and the
Liberties thereof one being of the Quorum by the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St: Botolph
Bishopsgate London That
George Farecloth< no role > aged Thirteen years and Robert
Farecloth aged Eleven years are
lately come to reside in your said Parish not having obtained any
Legal Settlement there and are likely to become chargeable
thereto unless timely prevented Which Complaint We judge to
be true and for as much as it appears unto Us by the Oath of
Elizabeth Potter< no role > and other Circumstances that the last legal
Settlement of the said George Fare cloth and Robert Farecloth< no role >
is in the Parish of Trinity London
And no other Subsequent Settlement appearing unto Us We the
Said Justices are of opinion and do Adjudge the last Legal
Settlement ofthesaid George Farecloth< no role > and Robert
Farecloth
to be in the said Parish of Trinity
And that thitherto they ought by Law
to be sent

These are therefore in his Majesties Name to Will [..]
Require You the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor [..]
the said Parish of St: Botolph Bishopsgate
London forthwith to Remove and Convey the said
George Farecloth< no role > and Robert Farecloth< no role >
from and out of your said Parish unto the said Parish of
Trinity
And them deliver into the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor there or one of the in Who is and are hereby required
to Receive and Provide for them according to Law Given
under our hands and Seals this Seventh day of Decr.
