To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the City of London in their General Quarter
Session Assembled

The Humble Petition & Appeal of the
Church Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint James Clerkenwell in
the County of Middx

Sheweth


That by Vertue of an Order or Pass
Warrant under the hands & Seals of two of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the City of London
(one whereof us of the Quorum) bearing date the
Twenty Seventh day of March last past Sarah Phelps< no role >
aged about five years was removed from the Parish
of Saint Ann Blackfryers London unto the Parish
of Saint James Clerkenwell in the County of Middx
as the Place of her Last Legal Settlement

That your Petitioners Conceive
themselves aggrieved by the said Order
of pass Warrant And therefore Humbly
Appeals against the same

for the Appealts.
