Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant
under the hands and Seals of St. John Thompson< no role > Kt . Lord Mayor
and Robt. Godschall< no role > Esqr . two of his Majesties Justices of the
Peace for the Citty of LondonOne being of the Quorum bearing
Date the Ninteenth day of Aprill 1737. whereby May
Onslow< no role > Wife of Richd. Onslow< no role > was removed from and out
of the Parish of Alhalows on London Wall in to our said
Parish of St. John Southwark as the place of her last Legall
Settlement
