The Jurors for our Sovereign Lord the King upon their Oaths
present that John Wood< no role > late of London Labourer on the 2d day of
Decr in the eleventh Year of the Reign of our Sovr Lord George the
second new King of Gr Br Etc with force & Anns atWestmr that is
to say in
the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields in the County of
Middx afd a large Quantity of Leaden pipe to Chattles of the Mayor & Comonalty & Citizens of the City of London to witt viz & thirty feet
of the sd London pipe of the value of £10 them & then & there the ground
beingfixed &laid feloniously did steal take & carry away [..]
the form of the statute in thatCare made & Pvided & agt the Peace
of our sd Lord the King his Crown & Dignity And the Jurors aforsd
upon their sd. Oathes further pesent that thesd John Wood< no role > on Sd. Second Day of
December in the Eleven the pear aforesd in the force & Arms at West aforesd that ye
to say in thesd pish of St. Martin in the Fields in the County aforesd. another large
quantity of Leaden Pipe of the good [..] certain pesons to ye Jurors aforesd unknown to witt other Six
& thirty feet of ye sd. London Pipe left menconed of ye Value of other £10 then &
there in the Grocion being placed & laid feloniously did Steal take & carry away
agt. ye Peace of one sd Lord the King his Crown & dignity
