New Holborne London Carpenter Maketh Oath that Jane Lubbald< no role > the
Prosecutrix in this Cause now lyes Bed at her house in Bred Alley near
Dattors Cannot London dangerously Jill of a Violent feaver and not
able to be Amended Without Danger of her life to Attend at Peace
the Oral of the Transe in this Cause at this Prsent general Quarter
Sessions of the peace now held for the City of London at Guildhall
of the said City and this Depont use Sayth. That Ann Wills< no role > Servant
to the Said Prosecutrix and who is material Witness in this
Cause for the Said Prosecutrix now lyes in Bed at her Said
Mistreses house aforesaid dangerously Ill of a Violent Pleneitck
feaver And not able to be Removed without Danger other
Life to Attend and give Evidence at the Said Tryall of this
Cause and this Deponent further Sayth that the said
and Wallis is a Material Witness for the Said Prosecutrix
in this Cause and without whose Evidence the said
Prosecutrix cannot Safely go to Tryall of the Said Cause
as this Deponent hath been Credibly Informed and Verly
beliveses
