The Information of John Turner< no role > taken
on his Voluntary Oath the 13th. day of June
1737 before St Richd. Brocas< no role > Knt .

Who on his Oath saith that he in Company
with one Thomas Carnes< no role > otherwise Scotch Form
Since Christmas last Stole four pair of Cloth
Breeches from a Sale shop near Ragg fair
and that he in Company with the said Thomas
Carnes as Scotch Tom Since that time Stole a
a Parcell of Bees Wall out of a house in Chick
Lane & Sold it for three Shillings, and that
at that time he in Company with [..] Sd: Thos.
Carnes as Scotch Tom Stole four pair of new
Pattens out of a house in Long Lane Smith
field & Sold them at Ragg fair, and that he in
Company with Joseph Eggleston< no role > some time
Since Stole a parell of Shirts at Hackney
& Sold them for 12s. & that Since that time he
in Company with the said Jos: Eggleston Stole
at Several times from Severall places Several
Lead pipes Brass Cocks & Same Paul, &
that Since be in Company with Robert Oliver< no role >
& Jos: Eggleston Stole a Copper Still out of a large
in a Back Lane near Ragg fair and that
about a Month agoe he this Informant with
ye sd. Robt: Oliver< no role > Jos: Eggleston< no role > & Thos. Carnes< no role > as
Scotch Tom broke often ye house of Francis
Halford
< no role > in Crutched Fryers & Stole thence in ye
Night time two peices of pewter Crane & two
Brass Cock, one peice Compleat, a Justian
frock a Red wastcoat & pair of Silver Buckles
& that Catherine< no role > ye wife of Jos: Eggleston< no role > powned
the Coat & wastcoat & well know that they had
Stole them & Oliver Sold ye Buckles, and that
on the 30th. of May last in ye Night time he with
Sd: Jos:Eggleston Stole a Hatt off a Strang
head a Sleep in the fields beyond White
Chappell & that Egglestons Sd: Wife pawned
it & well knew that they had Stole it
and that on the Same Night he with Sd. Jos
Eggleston Stole from a Man a sleep a Hatt
& Wigg & that this Sd. wife Sold ye Wigg & also
pawned the Hatt & well knew ye Same to be
Stole
