Zacchous Bourne< no role > Beadle of the Parish of St: Butolph without
Aldgate London maketh Oath That he this Deponent on the
Twenty ninth day of January last did leave a True Copy of the
Order of Court hereunto Annexed at the Dwelling House of Luke
Prior scituate in the said Parish of Saint Butolph without
Aldgate And also on the twentieth day of this Instant February
he this Deponent did also leave a true Copy of the Notice hereto
annexed directed to the said Luke Prior< no role > at his said Dwelling
House Scituate as aforesaid And this Deponent further Saith
theat the said Luke Prior< no role > hath Absented himself from the
Parish aforesaid for these severall Months last past And is not
to be found by this Deponent So as to be served in Person with
the said Order or with the said Notice.
