Deposeth and Saith that on Tuesday the
twenty fifth day of February Last that he this Deponant
in Company with John Parker< no role >
Samuel Price< no role >
John Roberts< no role >
and John Funnell< no role >
Did on Tuesday last go to Baldwins
Garden in the County of Middlesex
and Steal take and beat away
Six Shirts from the house of Catharine Wright< no role >
and this Deponent
further Saith that the said John Parker went into the Window
of the Said house and took three of the said Shirts and delivered
them to John Roberts< no role >
and that the said Samuel Prices took from
off the Line one of the Said Shirts by reaching with his Arm without
going into the said house And that John Funnell< no role >
did in like
manner reach & take ye two other Shirts All which Shirts this depont.
and his Said Ackomplices pauned or Sold for Eight Shillings and
Six pence and the whole money was & pended at Several houses by then
in Company together And this Deponant further Saith that
he Stood a Small Distance from the Said house and Saw the
Transactions afore mentioned
