The Information of John Heath< no role > of
the Parish of St. Bottolph with Bisgate London
Carpenter taken upon Oath before me one of
his Majties Justices of the Peace for
the sd. City of London this 11th4dDay of
January 1733

This Informant Saith that in the Month ofOctoberAugust
Last he being at Work with Severall others in the
Rebuilding of Bpsgate in London One Edward Leaven< no role >
a Laboures who at that time also was on the same Work.
Savrall houses attempted toPsuaded this Informt. to
Steal at sevrall times Lead from Crompt offSame Lead belonging tothe said Gate orfoureand of the
Houses adjoyningand whichother pulls [..] which Lead was the Property of
the Mayor and Cornonalty and Citizen of the City of London
the Said Leaver at such time telling this Informts he knew a Wm
who would by the same of then And this Informt. further
Saith that being son pessuaded by the said Leaver he
And weth him at Sevrall time Steal and feloniously
Carry away from the above prmisse about [..] there, Hundred
Wt. of Lead the Property of the said City of London
and with this [..] Informts and the said Leaver at Sevrall
times Carried and Sold to one Thomas Tollers< no role > a Brasies
in Old Bedlam Who gave this Informts and the said Leave
for the same ofter the Rate of 1s. P Pound [..]
this Reporte and the said Leaves psuded Exactly Cotrext
