Tuesday October 9th 1733 . Confession taken at Newgate

John Heath< no role > carried to Mr. Thos. Toller< no role > 61 pound of Lead in
his Bagg of Chipps and stood at the door whilst Edward
Leaver
< no role > took it out which was made up like Bricks and
thenheLeavir bid him go to the Shipp Alehouse where
he and Toller came to him and Toller paid 5s-down
One Shill whereof Leaver gave him and Six pence was
spent

This was about NoontheToller BoytSonwas by

Sometime after Heath sold to Toller a pour of Shirups
for which he had 8d. And the same Afternoon Lever fetchd.
the Saddle and sold for 2s. as he told him the next
morning.

After that Heath carried the 400 wt. of Lead at 2s. by
Leavers Order which was old to Tollers Man and Son and
was patd for £1.1s.7d and the next day 16s. mou 5s. of which
£1.1s:7d. Heath had and 4s of the 16s. and 1s. of the Quintle
was spent in Beer and 6d. of the 26s.

A month afterwards Heath carried 38 pound of Lead
which he had from the Green Yard and sold Tho Toller< no role >
at Noon who paid him 3s and 2d. for- The 2d. he gave he
Boy with the Marke under his Eye and Toller then told
him the next time he come he would drink with him
But then could not being going to Dinner.
