Who on his Oath Saith, that on Wednesday last past being
the Sixth day of November Instant, one William Rogerson< no role >
a
Bricklayers
Laborer Stole from out of the Welch Hall at
the Guild Hall
London, a Parcell of Lard, and that he the said
William Rogerson< no role >
and this Informant Carried the said Parcell
of Read to White Cross Street
London and there sold the Same
to me Mr: Caxon for about five Shillings, and further this
Informant on his oath Saith, that on the next day being
Thursday the Seventh Instant November, he this Informant
in Company and together with the said William Rogerson< no role >
Stole
from out of the Welch Hall at the Guild Hall
aforesaid, another
Parcell of Lead, and that they Carried the Said Lead And Sold
it to the said Mr: Coxon in White Cross Street
aforesaid, both
Parcells at the rate of one Penny a Pound, and that they Shared
the Shony, and that the said Lead so Stole as above said
was the Property of the Citizens of the said City of London
and further this Informant Saith not
