The Jurors for out Lord the King upon their Oath present That Thomas Milsam Prince< no role >
late of London Barber & Perry wigmaker on the Eleventh day of Aprill In the seventh year
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the grace of God of Great Britain France
& Ireland King Defender of the faith together with divers others ill doers & Breakers of
the peace of our said Lord the King to the Number of 20 and More to the said Jurors
unknwon with force & arms at London aforesaid that is to Say In the parish of Saint
Lawrence Jeury in the Ward of Breadstreet in London aforesaid themselves unlawfully
riotously routously & tumnltuously did assemble & gather together to disturb & break the Peace of
our said Lord the King and ther and there being so assembled & met together by & with
divers & Many Shouting Hallooings Noises & Clamours the Peace of our said Lord the King
unlawfully did disturb & bread and the said Thomas Milsam Prince together with the
Sd. other ill doers & Breakers of the [..] said Peace the Glass Windows of she dwelling house
ofhim the sd.Sir Wm Billers< no role > Knight Men & now Mayor of & for the sd. City of London & one
of the Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to keep the Peace of our said Lord the King wth in
the said City and also the Glass Windows, of the dwelling houses of divers other Leige People & Subjects of our sd.
Lord the King Inhabiting & residing within the said City then & there unlawfully riotously
rontously tumultnously wilfully & Malitiously did break & Spoil And other Injurys to
him the said Sir Wm Billers< no role > & the said other Lege People & Subjects of our said Lord
the King then & there unlawfully & unjustly did To the Mainfest [..] Violation
of the Law of our said Lord the King. To the ill Example of all others in such Cases
offending and against the Peace of our sd. Lord the King his Crown & Dignity
