Upon reading the Petition of Severall of the Inhabitants of
the Parish of St. Botolph without Bishopsgate London Complaining
that Severall of the Chruchwardens and Overseers fo the poor
of the said Parish had lately procured the hand of Sr. Edward
Becher< no role > Knight and Aldran of thesaid Ward of Bishopgate in
which ward the said Parish doth lye Signifying his Apprebacon and
allowance of the Accounts of the said Churchwardens & Overseers
without giveing any Notice to the Petrs. of such Pusall Exaincons
or ApprobaconNotwithstanding Severall Sume of Money raised for the
relief of the Poor of ye sd Parish have by the said Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor been misapplyed and converted to other Uses asthe
Petrs.by the said Accountshave reason to beleivewillfullyappear
