was found quilty of the said Offence and was adjudged by the said Justices to forfeit the Sum of<lb></lb>
two hundred Pounds one Third of which to be paid to the Use of his present Majesty one of them<lb></lb>

for the Use of the Poor of the said Parish And was also<lb></lb>
adjudged to be commited to the Goal of Newgate thereto remain wihtout Bail or Mainprize<lb></lb>
for the Space of one whole year and from thence till the said Sum shall be fully paid</p>
<p n="65">Your Petitioner finding himself aggried by ye Judgemt. &<lb></lb>
Conviction of the said Justices according to the Provision in<lb></lb>
the said Act mentioned doth humbly appeal to this Court<lb></lb>
against the Same and prays that this Court will appoint a<lb></lb>
Day for the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSLPS15043_n65-1">Thomas Wincopp</rs>
