The Humble Petition of he Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St.
Leonard Bromley< no role > in the County of Middx.

Sheweth

That By Warrant or Order under the Hands and Seals
of the said Rt. Honoble the Lord Mayor of the City of London
& Sr . Robert Baylis< no role > Knight , two of his Maties Justices of
the peace for the said City (Quor un) bearing date on or
about the fourth Day of March last Samuel Osborne< no role > &
Elizabeth< no role > his wife , and their son Joseph< no role > aged about
Seventeen Years were Removed from the Parish of St.
Giles without Cripplegate London to the said Parish of St.
Leonard Bromley< no role > as the place of their last Legal settle-
-ment, whereby Your Petitioners most Humbly conceive
they are Wronged and Aggrievely.

Your Petitioners therefore most humbly
prays that this Court will be pleased
to hear and Determine their Appeal
this present Sessions, And that they may
Obtain such Relief in the Premises
as to your Wisdoms shall seem Meet

And Your Petrs shall Pray Etc.
