Cause as their Attorny Maketh Oath That his said
Master Mr. Robert Fransham< no role > has been out of Town
some time & that this Dept. is in Expectation of his
Speedy returning thon to the knowledge or belief
if this Dept. he is Still out of Town & has lockd up
or otherwise securd out of the Power & knowledge
of this Dept. (and of every other person except the
said Mr Robert Fransham< no role > his Master at this Dept.
verily beleives) all ye Papers Proceedings & Evidence
relating to the Execution of ye said Statute of
Bankruptey & that he verily beleives some of them
may be & particularly That an instrument or
Parelimt. writing which he believes is now in his
said Masters Custody purporting to be a Certifi-
cate of the Commissioners of ye said Statute of
Bankruptey & signd by ye assignees & other Credrs
of Thomas Dawson< no role > ye Bankrupt & Deft. in this
Cause & allowed by ye Right Honble. Peter Lord King< no role >
Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain is a very
materiall instrumt. & that some others of ye said
papers so Securd by this Depts. said Master may be
requisite to be produced in this Honourable Court
