this Instant June in the said parish of St Olave

contrary to the statutes in that Case made and provided
Expose so sale and sell one Penny Brith or Lease
of Wheaten Bread which being Weighed before me
within twenty four hours after the same was Exposed
to sale as aforesaid Wanted two Ounces of it Juct
brought according to the assize of Bread for that
purpose Whereupon I Convened the said John
Pearson to appear before me this Day to answer the
alledge why he should not Hand Convicted thereof but
confessing the same to be True I Do Adjust him
Guilty of the said offence and Do Convict him the
said

hath Forseited to the use of the informer the sume of
John shillings according to the direccon of the acts fo
parliament in that Case made & provided Given
