This Examt Edward Chapman< no role > Confesseth & Saith that
about two Months agoe he tooke about peck of Cocoa
Hatts which were damaged Rotten out of Mr Sheppard
to Tho Tyerley< no role > And this Examt further Confesseth &
Saith that he took out of Mr Drasfford in Andos Warsting
abt a peace & an half of Indigo which he sold
to ye sd Egerly for 3s.

Ed Chapman< no role >

This Extt Tho Egerly confesseth & saith That
he Reced the Cocoa Nutts which were Damaged
& in three vin away and wife further confesseth that
he bought the the Indigo of the sd Chapman & sd
chain [..] half a Crown or three Shillings for ye same
but says that he did not know where we ye sd Chapman
had itthat
