<p n="19">Most Humbly Sheweth</p>
<p n="20">That your Petitioner<lb></lb>
was in March Sessions last Indicted for Stealins<lb></lb>
from his Master to whom he was an Apprentice<lb></lb>
one Copper Sea tittle & Coffee pot, & was brought<lb></lb>
in guilty to the oaling of 10d</p>
<p n="21">That your Petitiones Master did<lb></lb>
not miss the sd things out of his Shop before your<lb></lb>
Petitioner Six months after the fact done did<lb></lb>
thro remove of Conscience voluntarily make it <lb></lb>
known to his said Master, which when your <lb></lb>
Petitioner was tryed by Mr. JusticesDenton<lb></lb>
& the verdict brought in by the Jury, his sd Mastr<lb></lb>
did own in Court & beg'd of the honble Court that<lb></lb>
your Petitioner might not be Transported, but<lb></lb>
have Corporall punishment inflicted on him<lb></lb>
Your Petitioner is a youth born of Honest &<lb></lb>
Reputable Parents in this City, & till ye Commission<lb></lb>
of this Fact was never of guilty of a Creme of the <lb></lb>
like nature</p>
