legal Settlement there, and are likely to become charge<lb></lb>
able thereto by reason of the poverty of the said Parent &<lb></lb>

which Complaint we adjudge to be true. And forasmuch<lb></lb>
as it appears unto us by the Oath of the said Katherine that<lb></lb>
her said late husband dwell with & served part of his<lb></lb>

not obtain' d any subsequent Settlement. We the said Ju<lb></lb>
stices are therefore of Opinion, and do adjudge the last<lb></lb>
legal Settlement of the said Katherine Stonehall & her<lb></lb>
said five Children to be in the said <lb></lb>
Parish of St Michael Quern London and<lb></lb>
that thitherto they ought by Law to be sent.</p>
<p n="371">THESE are therefore in His Majesty's Name to re<lb></lb>
quire You to remove and convey the said Katherine<lb></lb>
Stonehall & her said five Children<lb></lb>
from and not of our said Parish of the St. Andrew<lb></lb>
Wardrobe London to the said Parish of St. Michael<lb></lb>
Queen London and them leave with the Churchwardens &<lb></lb>
Overseers of the Poor there, or one of them, who is and<lb></lb>
are hereby required to receive and provide for them<lb></lb>
according to Law. Hereof fail not, and this shall be your<lb></lb>
Warrant. Given under our Hands and Seals the <rs type="date" id="LMSLPS15036_date72">tenth<lb></lb>
Day of Decemeber Anno Domini 1724</rs>
