your said Parish not having obtained any<lb></lb>
legal Settlement there, and are likely to become charge<lb></lb>
able thereto by reason of their Poverty<lb></lb>
unless timely prevented,<lb></lb>
which Complaint we adjudge to be true. And forasmuch<lb></lb>
as it appears unto us by the Oath of the said Elizabeth Norris<lb></lb>
the Wife that she served her Apprentiship with<lb></lb>

Forreigner & hath gained no legall Settlement in this Kingdom<lb></lb>
and that she the said Elizabeth hath<lb></lb>
not obtaind any subsequent Settlement. We the said Ju<lb></lb>
stices are therefore of Opinion, and do adjudge the last<lb></lb>
legal Settlement of the said Elizabeth Norris and her<lb></lb>
Said Child to be in the said <lb></lb>
Parish of St. Bridget ats Bridges London and<lb></lb>
that thitherto they ought by Law to be sent.</p>
<p n="362">THESE are therefore in His Majesty's Name to re<lb></lb>
quire You to remove and convey the said Elizabeth Norris<lb></lb>
and her said Daughter Elizabeth<lb></lb>
from and out of your said Parish of St Bartholomew<lb></lb>
the Great London, to the said Parish of St. Bridget ats<lb></lb>
Bridges London and them leave with ye Churchwardens &<lb></lb>
Overseers of the Poor there, or one of them, who is and<lb></lb>
are hereby required to receive and provide for them<lb></lb>
according to Law. Hereof fail not, and this shall be your<lb></lb>
Warrant. Given under our Hands and Seals the <rs type="date" id="LMSLPS15036_date70">26th<lb></lb>
Day of November Anno Domini 1724</rs>
