Enquires for the Dept Mr Jones & Mr Banks
at their Lodgings and was their Credibly
informed and verily believes that they are Oath
in the County, and this Dept the rather believes
the sd Informacon to be true for that Sr Jacob Banks< no role >
Father of the sd Deft Mr Banks is lately dead that
Occasions the sd Deft to be absent, And this Dept
also Says that he has reced a Message out of
the County from ye other Deft Mr Jones
where in he [..] desires that the cause may be Respited
till next Sessions when he will be ready to Appear
And take his trial therein.
