Richard Jennings< no role > open the head of an hogshead
of Tobacco & one Robt Robinson< no role > took at three
Several times abt £15 weight of Tobacco and
went away with of That on ye Tenth of
December the Sd Richd Jennings opened
another hogshead and ye sd Rt Robinson & one
Edwd Davis< no role > Stole out of ye sd Lighter at Eight
Several times each of then abt £32 weight of Tobacco
& onSaturdayFryday last did also see the Said Richd
Jennings Steal abt £5 weight of Tobacco
out of an hogshead in ye sd Lighter which
last menconed parcel was taken in ye [..] for
of ye sd Jennings by Bryan hill< no role > the Husband
of ye Ship .

Bryan Hill Says on Oath That onSaturdayFryday last
he took about £5 weight of Tobacco in ye Possion
of ye sd Rd Jennings who came out of ye sd
Lighter with ye sd Tobacco in his Custody
and further Says that Several Keys heads were
plundred from time to time in Working ye Lighters of ye sd Capt
Hyde, and also says that neither the said Rd Jennings
nor Robt Robinson came again to work after the
Sd Rd Jennings was detected of ye sd Felony
