That by Vertue of a Warrant under the hands & Seals of two of his
Maties Justices of the peace for the City of London (Qour unus)
bearing Date the 7th. day of May 1723

poor of the Parish of St. Botolph without Bishopsgate

alledgto the Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish

London Alledging the Said parish to be
the place of last Legal Settlement
That Your Petitioners conceive themselves agrieved
by the Said Warrant and Judgment of the Said
two Justices and do most humbly appeal to your
Honour and Worships there from
Your Petitioner therefore most humbly
pray Your Honr & Worps will be pleased
to hear them in the premisses & Order that
the Church Wardens & Overseers of ye poor
of ye sd Parish of St. Botolph without
Bishopsgate may Appear before You &
hear & abide the determination of this Court
touching ye sd Appeal
