This Examt Thomas Fisher< no role > Confesseth & Saith
That he did sd the Sd Jno Sourbutts< no role > pick a Gentlemans
Pocket at ye Bridge foot upon which they were acquainted
went intothe St Martins Church where this Examt took ye
hankerchift now produced from ye person of
Phillip Gascoyne< no role > in which fact was Assisted
by yt Sd Jno Sourbutts< no role >

This Exmt Jno Sourbutts confesseth & Saith
that the two hankerchifts found in his Custody he
reced from the Sd Thomas Fisher< no role > & put them

both refuse to Sign 20 Augt 1722
