The Exaiacon & Confession of Humfrey Jones< no role > taken
before me Sr. John Fryer< no role > Baronet Lord Mayor of the
City of London this 19th. Day of Aprill 1721.

This Exaiant Saith That about four of the Clerk yesterday in the
Afternoon he went into the house of Mrs Susannah Cooper< no role >
in St. Thomas the Apostles London and went up Stairs into the
Garrett and with a felonious Intent tooke out of the said
Garrett about three yards of white Worcester Cloth which he
Carryed out of the said House & going to the White horse
Alehouse at the Three Cranes Called for a Pint of Drink
left the said Cloth in Pledge for the same not having
money to pay [..] for it, And Saith he Designed to
Callt. for it afterwards & to Carry it to the Dyers in order
to be Dued.
