Assembled at ye. Sessions house in ye. Old Bayly this 14th. day of January in ye. 7th Yeare
if the Reigne of [..] Sovraigne. Lord King George Etca. Anno Dm 1720 having reced
Information of Severall Nusaices daily Comitted within this Metropolitan City. which
(was prove of Surgeon Consequence if any Contagion or other Infections distemper
Permitt & Suster in our Neighbouring and Adjoyning Countries) think fitt to make
such Prsensments. as Followes (Vizt.)

There is Wee Prsent. therefore as very great Nuisance the ill repair of the Pavements of the
[..] at Lanes Alley & all other places within the sd. City & Libties thereof

Them Wee Prsent. as great Nusance the laying & throwing of Dust Ashes & other filthy Soil and
Dung in the Streets Lanes & passages of this City to the great Annoyance of the Citizens and
Inhabitants and all other his Majties. good Subjects that pass this the same Which may be
the Occasion of some Contagious or other Distemper or Distempers, if not timely Prvented.

Them Wee Prsent. All Slaughter houses & other such houses within this City & the Libties
thereof that Cast throw out or Sufferr to be last thrown out or Lett run into the Street Lanes
or passages of this City any Blood of Slaughter'd Beaste, which soon Corrupts within the Channells
for want of Sufficient Water to Cleanse the same as Alsoe any other filth Dung or Soil Whatsoever.
which may likewise Occasion an Infection

All Which prsentment. are humbly Offerr'd to this Honble. Cort. to take into
their Considr. acondt. to use such Effectuall means as may prvent. the same
