The Examination of [..] of William

That He this Examinant confesses himself
concerned with One Wm. Andus< no role > in the
counterfeiting a Letter and Bill from Gabri:
:el Whitaker
< no role > to Mr. John Huxley< no role > Grocer
in Wood street for 4:14:6 And

This Examinant further says that one Wm. Andus
some time since came to this Examinant and
told him. that as He ye Examinant had occasion for money
that the would put him into a way of sd [..]
:ting it, and then advised ye Examint. to
write a Letter in ye name of Gabriel Whita:
:ker that He the sd. Gabriel had drawn a
Bill upon Mr. John Huxley< no role > Grocer in
Woodstreet for 4:14:6 to be paid at sight
and accordingly ye Examinant did write saith
a Letter to Mr. Huxley which was signed
in Gabriel Whitaker< no role > 's Name by ye sd. Wm. Audas
and afterwards the sd. Wm. Audas put the
Marke & Stampe of ye Post three upon
the sd. Letter, and than this [..] Examinant
carried ye sd. Letter to a Plumber's in Wood:
:street, and left it wch. an Apprentice of
the sd. Plumber's to be given to the Letter
carrier as soon as the came into Woodstreet
[..] to be delivered by ye letter Carry in Mr. Huxley
and this Examinant further says, that the
Sd. Wm. Audus also [..] the Name of Gabriel
Whitaker
< no role > to the Bill, and that if [..] Bill had,
been said by Mr. Huxley that Wm. Andus< no role > was
to have had part of the Money
